There is this crazy thing happening with our wedding business.  We attract more out of state clients than in state.  And across the board, they tend to be Utah ex-pats. Born and bred Utahns who now live out of state and are planning a wedding in their home town.

Being of a traveling mind set ourselves and having lived in Seattle, Chicago, and New York before coming back home, we really understand these couples.  We’ve loved shooting their weddings but have always thought to ourselves, “Dang, it’s too bad they live so far away.  It would be great to do an engagement session for them and get to know them a little better before the big day.”

Enter: DESTINATION ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS

If you’re out of state and planning a wedding here in the great Wasatch mountains than we want to hook you up!  We will fly out to your home city for an amazing destination engagement session and capture you at all your favorite and famous destinations for your family and friends to see.  What better way to blend your new lives with the old?

Why Should I?

An engagement session is like a dress rehersal for your wedding day.  The calm before the storm.  People arrive at their wedding day with varying degrees of comfort levels in front of a camera.  Camera anxiety isn’t romantic to say the least.  An engagement session is a chance to practice being in front of a paparazzi, get comfortable with your photographer and get to know each other better which will enhance their ability to create stunning wedding day images.

And of Course, There’s the Images…

Let’s not forget the fact that these are important shots of you and your fiancee, documenting the two of you as a young couple, pre-wedding.  I like to look at them as the ultimate time capsule.  When was the last time you and your fiancee had beautiful, professional candid shots taken?  Well, this is your last shot (ha, no pun intended).  There’s nothing as romantic as an about-to-be-married couple.  Engagement sessions are always so emotion filled and revealing of the couple’s love for each other.  Don’t let the opportunity pass by…
