The recession  project

The resession has effected eveyrone in one way or another. I myself have lost my job as well as others. Some people may of not lost their emloyement but have had to cut back which has hurt the growth of the economy. One sector of business that has been effected greatly is my profession photography. People are conservative with their money and one place they find they can save money is shooting pictures themselves. From weddings, to babies, family, or events.

I wanted to do this project for two reasons. One to provide portraits to families that can not afford them right now. Two to document how the recession has effect them, not only in unemployement terms, but with their family, their community, and to gain insight from them.
